Job description
Transform payroll systems at Scotiabank as the Director of Payroll Systems, focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Drive initiatives ensuring system efficiency and compliance throughout the organization. As a strategic leader, you will manage the comprehensive payroll transformation process. Your responsibilities will include overseeing system design, testing, and deployment while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and improving overall employee experiences. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders will be crucial to integrating payroll solutions effectively across multiple platforms.
