Job description
Become a key leader at illumin as the Director of People and Culture. This hybrid role is designed for those keen on transforming HR practices and maximizing employee engagement and organizational performance. You will work directly with the COO to advise and execute people strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions. With a focus on leadership effectiveness and organizational change, you will help develop the capabilities needed to create high-functioning teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging HR as a business partner in a fast-evolving environment.
