Job description
Join Scotiabank as the Executive Director of CIAM Engineering in Toronto and spearhead advanced customer identity services. This role demands strategic oversight and technical leadership. As the Executive Director, you will guide the CIAM Engineering team in enhancing customer identity and access management services. Your responsibilities will span the entire engineering lifecycle, empowering teams to modernize and innovate across platforms. You will work in close partnership with various partners to ensure holistic integration while adhering to the Bank’s security and compliance mandates. Key Responsibilities: • Champion a client-centric engineering team ethos • Direct the engineering lifecycle for CIAM services • Streamline capabilities like customer registrations and MFA • Partner with stakeholders to onboard global channels • Ensure compliance with AML and operational risk measures Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering • Min 5 years in leadership roles within CIAM • Strong knowledge of QA and Agile methodologies • Exceptional communication and ideation skills • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments Drive innovation in customer identity management at Scotiabank and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
