Job description
Become a Trust & Safety Associate at WEBTOON Entertainment, dealing with user-generated content moderation and policy compliance. Engage proactively with users while ensuring a safe platform. As part of your responsibilities, you will investigate reports of possible policy breaches and maintain a welcoming environment for creators and readers alike. Your investigations should be objective and timely, supporting the resolution of issues put forth by moderation teams. Collaborating with various departments and staying apprised of current trends will help refine policies that elevate the user experience on the CANVAS platform. Key Responsibilities: • Review and investigate content policy violations • Conduct unbiased and thorough investigations into user reports • Provide support for moderation team concerns • Respond to user inquiries and issue reports • Collaborate with departments on bugs and policy improvements Requirements: • B.A./B.S. in relevant field • 1-2 years experience in trust and safety moderation • Fluent in French and German • Comfortable with technical tools like Zendesk • Interest in content policy and online governance Leverage your analytical skills to strengthen the WEBTOON community and enhance user engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
