Job description
Drive Venn’s marketing strategy as our Head of Marketing, specializing in B2B fintech innovation. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to create a lasting impact. As Venn’s first marketing hire, you will play a crucial role in defining our brand and market approach. You’ll lead product marketing, drive launches, and craft narratives that resonate with business owners. Close collaboration with Growth, Sales, Product, and Design teams will be essential to aligning objectives and enhancing Venn’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: • Define and enrich Venn’s brand identity • Manage product marketing initiatives from concept to launch • Develop recognizable and trustworthy messaging • Transform complicated financial products into clear narratives • Lead events and marketing for community engagement Requirements: • 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years managing teams • Proven success with B2B product positioning • Excellent communication and editorial skills • Strong cross-functional teamwork capabilities • Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments Help Venn reach new heights with innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand in the fintech sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
