Description:

• The UX/UI Designer and User Research Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering intuitive accessible and user-centered digital experiences. This role involves creating visually appealing interfaces and conducting user research to ensure products meet the needs of users across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Design and develop user interfaces for digital services applications and online platforms that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction. Define and iterate on product functionality through user-centered design practices ensuring solutions are informed by usability testing user feedback and business requirements.
  
• Plan conduct and analyze user research using qualitative and quantitative methods including interviews surveys usability testing and behavioral analysis. Translate research findings into actionable insights and design artifacts such as user flows journey maps wireframes mockups and prototypes.
  
• Apply an iterative design approach rapidly testing and refining solutions to improve the user experience. Identify design challenges and develop effective elegant solutions that align with both technical constraints and user expectations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers stakeholders and business leads to support product vision and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Deliver high-quality outputs while managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong attention to detail.
  
• Ensure digital experiences are inclusive accessible and aligned with relevant standards and best practices. Continuously evaluate and optimize interfaces using analytics user feedback and research findings.
  

Experience With:

• User-centered design UX/UI principles and designing high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Conducting user research including interviews surveys usability testing A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
  
• Creating design artifacts such as wireframes prototypes user flows journey maps and sitemaps.
  
• Design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Miro Adobe XD or similar).
