This is a client-facing consulting role at the intersection of executive pay corporate governance and business strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Sterlingtons clientstypically founders C-suite executives compensation committees boards and private equity sponsorshelping them design benchmark and govern executive compensation programs that attract top talent and align pay with long-term value creation.
You will work directly with Sterlingtons executive compensation partners producing independent analysis and client-ready deliverables across both public and pre-IPO company contexts.
