Job description
Become a key player at Carter's as a Store Manager, guiding your team to support families through their parenting journeys. Your leadership will ensure a welcoming store environment complemented by excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for enhancing employee performance and driving customer loyalty. This position demands strong communication and management skills, along with a commitment to developing your team's capabilities. Mastering Key Performance Indicators will be crucial for success in this dynamic role. Key Responsibilities: • Cultivate a talent pipeline through coaching and mentorship • Create a safe, inclusive work environment for all staff • Lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement on the sales floor • Manage payroll and operational merchandising strategies • Analyze performance indicators for continuous improvement Requirements: • Minimum three years of relevant retail experience • Strong leadership and communication abilities • Proven multitasking and organizational skills • Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) • High school diploma required Drive both team success and exceptional customer service as a Store Manager with Carter's. #J-18808-Ljbffr
