What youll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking (PBB) tea Everyday Banking (Cards & Chequing) youll help clients maximize the value of their Day to Day banking product benefits and capabilities. As a Senior Director Product Owner Benefit and Advice youll set the vision goals and roadmap for larger Squads with broad and hard-to-solve missions. Youll ensure alignment with Crew objectives and deliver meaningful value to clients and the business. Youll manage complicated Squad backlogs resolve cross-Squad risks and dependencies and ensure compliance with delivery frameworks. Youll demonstrate leadership through influence teamwork and product delivery. Youll operate within a normal office environment with little exposure to adverse working conditions.

How youll succeed

• Set and champion vision and goals Guide the Squads vision and goals ensuring alignment with Crew strategy and broader business objectives.

• Strategic product roadmap Develop and communicate a strategic product roadmap that delivers client and business value.

• Backlog management Build prioritize and manage complicated Squad backlogs translating client and business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.

• Release and delivery planning Lead strategic release and delivery planning evaluating outcomes and reprioritizing backlog as needed.

• Risk and dependency resolution Anticipate navigate and resolve risks dependencies and issues across Squads and business units.

• Compliance and frameworks Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks guardrails and compliance standards at scale.

• Relationship building Coordinate and build strategic relationships across Crews Squads and business units to resolve dependencies and deliver outcomes.

• Mentorship and thought leadership Provide mentorship to other Product Owners championing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
