Summary of Duties:
Evaluates develops implements and re-evaluates treatment programs for clients with musculoskeletal and related disorders in the hospital programs
Assesses plans implements monitors and evaluates interventions for transitional care clients (i.e. ALC population)
Collaborates with the treatment team toward discharge planning
Educates clients and their families hospital staff and the community regarding musculoskeletal disorders and preventative healthcare
Directs the daily activities of Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistants students/interns in the department as required

Qualifications/Skills:
MScPT BScPT or Alliance - approved equivalency required
Must be Registered with Ontario College of Physiotherapists
Membership with Canadian Physiotherapy Association is desirable
Previous experience in the areas of musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation
