Requirement Gathering & Analysis * Conduct workshops with business users to elicit analyze and document requirements. * Define user stories use cases and acceptance criteria. * Perform gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities. 2. Business Process & Workflow Design * Model current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes aligned with Pega case management. * Define case types stages personas and data models. * Align business processes with Pega OOTB capabilities (SLA routing rules). 3. Documentation & Traceability * Maintain BRD FRD user stories and process documentation. * Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). * Document application flows integrations and functional specifications. 4. Agile Delivery Support * Collaborate with architects and developers during the sprint lifecycle. * Support backlog grooming sprint planning and story refinement. * Ensure requirements clarity for development teams. 5. Testing & Validation * Participate in test scenario creation and UAT coordination. * Validate solutions against business requirements. * Support defect triage and resolution. 6. Stakeholder Communication * Act as a bridge between business and IT teams. * Facilitate workshops demos and stakeholder reviews. * Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and outcomes. |
