Summary of Duties:
Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian in the Veterans Program to provide nutrition management to veteran residents and patients in Transitional Care and Palliative Care accordance with Clinical Nutrition Standards of Practice as well as the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre person-centred care standards the successful candidate will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams families and residents/ patients to provide evidence-informed nutritional care.
