Reporting to the General Manager the Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in all aspects of restaurant operations. Working closely with both Front of House and Back of House teams you will help build and develop high-performing teams uphold our standards and operating procedures and drive operational excellence. Through professional enthusiastic leadership and a commitment to hospitality you will contribute to what sets Aera apartcreating a warm welcoming and truly memorable experience for every guest.
