Must Haves
• Infrastructure as Code (Isac): Advanced expertise in provisioning and managing AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK (using Python as well as NodeJS).
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Deep hands-on experience building, maintaining, and securing robust continuous integration and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins).
• Cloud Security & Governance: Strong expertise in AWS security best practices, IAM roles/policies, network security, and secure deployment of serverless architectures handling sensitive PHI.

Description
The Cancer Screening Project requires the engagement of a Flex track Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer to support the timely software development, and implementation of secure serverless Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that will enable the Digital Correspondence solution. These APIs will provide the foundational integration layer required to securely store and manage correspondence records, facilitate the transmission of SMS and email notifications, and enable the Digital Correspondence Portal to retrieve, manage, and present correspondence data in a secure and efficient manner. The development activities involve the implementation of cloud-native serverless architecture, integration with enterprise notification services, application of robust authentication and security controls, and adherence to applicable privacy, security, and information management standards.
