Job description
Become a Store Manager with Reformation and lead a mission-driven retail environment focused on sustainability and exceptional customer experiences. Flexible hours required across all days. As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving sales performance and operational targets while nurturing a team culture of excellence. You will drive your team's success through effective coaching and management, ensuring an extraordinary customer journey. Your expertise will facilitate strong communication and collaboration across all levels. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and act on business improvement opportunities • Champion client experience as a brand ambassador • Lead merchandising standards and team performance • Ensure operational accuracy and staff training • Maximize sales efficiency while controlling budget Requirements: • 5 years in retail and 4 years in management • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities • Capability to inspire and meet the objectives of diverse teams • Understanding of retail operational standards • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills Drive impactful change with Reformation, leveraging your retail management expertise to foster an inclusive and exciting atmosphere. #J-18808-Ljbffr
