Join Our Team

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Workplace Experience & Office Manager to support our growing North American operations. This role will report directly to the Executive Assistant and play a critical role in ensuring our offices operate seamlessly while delivering an exceptional in-office experience for Associates, leadership, clients, and visitors.

This individual will support office build-outs, facilities coordination, office operations, and internal events while helping maintain the high standard of workplace experience Tundra is known for.

This position will be based out of our Toronto office and will require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.

The Role

As the Office Experience Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day functionality, organization, and experience of our office spaces while supporting workplace initiatives across multiple locations.

You will act as a key point of contact for office operations, facilities coordination, workplace projects, and internal events, ensuring every office reflects Tundra's culture and standards.

  • Support office build-outs, renovations, moves, and workplace improvement projects across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, building management, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Maintain overall office cleanliness, organization, functionality, and presentation.
  • Manage office maintenance requests, repairs, and facilities-related escalations.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies, furniture, snacks, kitchen items, and workplace essentials.
  • Coordinate desk setups, office seating arrangements, ergonomic requests, and workspace organization.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics including workstation setup and office readiness for new Associates.
  • Support planning and execution of office events, Associate engagement initiatives, leadership meetings, client hospitality events, and internal team functions.
  • Coordinate catering, deliveries, event vendors, décor, and day-of logistics for office initiatives and events.
  • Manage incoming mail, courier shipments, document shredding, and general office administration.
  • Process office-related invoices, expenses, and receipts while tracking budgets where required.
  • Support office standardization efforts across all Tundra locations to ensure consistency in workplace experience and branding.
  • Act as a liaison between Associates, leadership teams, vendors, property management, and external partners.
  • Assist with ad hoc operational requests and special projects as business needs evolve.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in office management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or administrative operations.
  • You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You are confident coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and handling workplace issues professionally and efficiently.
  • You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • You take pride in creating welcoming, organized, and high-functioning environments.
  • You are comfortable supporting both operational and event-related responsibilities.
  • You are adaptable and excited to grow within a rapidly evolving organization.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.

Our benefits offering includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
