Scaling & Growth Readiness

  • Ensure operational readiness across all existing markets while preparing systems, staffing models, and processes for future expansion
  • Partner with the growth team to support new market launches through workforce planning, operational setup, training, and execution

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Provide proactive communication and reporting to leadership regarding operational performance, opportunities, and challenges

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience leading multi-location operations teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior staff and developing high-performing operational teams
  • Experience owning budgets, forecasting, and making data-driven operational decisions
  • Strong track record of building systems, processes, and infrastructure that support organizational growth
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, reporting, and operational effectiveness
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and execution skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and drive business decisions
