Red Robin Langley is hiring Shift Leaders.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the team, keep operations running smoothly, and help drive a strong guest experience.
If you lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and know how to keep a team moving, this is a strong next step.
This role can be combined with serving or kitchen shifts for additional earning potential.
A great fit for strong team members ready to step into leadership while continuing to maximize earnings.
This role is a direct stepping stone to Assistant Manager.

✅ Leadership Experience – 1+ years in restaurant or hospitality/retail supervision preferred. You’ve led teams, driven results, and delivered great guest experiences.
