The VP of Operations oversees our multi‑site warehouse operations, ensuring that every piece of IT asset disposition (ITAD) and e‑waste recycling is handled with precision, security, and environmental integrity. You will be responsible for the high‑velocity, high‑security throughput while ensuring that our environmental and data‑security promises to our clients are unbreakable.
Your goal is to scale our operational footprint while maintaining a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation.
You possess a "lead from the front" mentality, feeling as comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are in executive strategy sessions. You are a persuasive communicator who can motivate teams under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality and safety.
The annual budgeted pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 CAD. The pay offered for this role will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, education, and experience. Greentec is committed to investing in your future; we offer training, competitive compensation, annual profit sharing, and group benefit package.
