YOUR MISSION Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Employee Success Director is a true strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team; You will play a pivotal role in aligning people, culture, and business performance, ensuring our talent strategy fuels SPI’s growth and long-term success; This is more than an HR leadership role — it’s an opportunity to build an environment where our people thrive, perform, and stay engaged for the long run, while strengthening a culture that reflects who we are: human, driven, and committed to excellence. YOUR IMPACT AT SPI As a key leader, you will: Partner with the Executive Team to embed people strategy into every business decision; Define and deploy a bold, integrated vision for talent, culture, and organizational performance; Ensure strong alignment between structure, capabilities, and business needs, including succession planning; Lead high-impact strategies for attraction, development, engagement, and retention, with a strong focus on top talent; Champion and evolve the employee experience, reinforcing a culture of engagement, ownership, and performance; Act as a change leader, guiding teams through transformation with clarity and consistency; Lead, coach, and inspire the Employee Success team to deliver high-quality, aligned HR initiatives; Drive HR excellence through innovation, data, and continuous improvement; Ensure strong governance across total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and health & safety; Develop and maintain a competitive and equitable compensation strategy; Position HR as a true business lever, supported by metrics and insights. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, HR, Business Administration, or related field; Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic leadership at an executive level; Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leadership; Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Bilingualism (French & English, spoken and written); A sharp understanding of emerging HR trends and organizational dynamics.
