Job description
Drive cybersecurity governance at Momentum Financial Services Group as the Director in Toronto. Oversee risk management and compliance initiatives in a hybrid working setting. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead the cybersecurity governance and compliance functions, focusing on risk assessment and data governance. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and excellent communication skills to engage with executive teams. You'll be pivotal in making informed risk decisions and enhancing governance processes. Key Responsibilities: • Define and track key risk indicators and metrics • Partner with legal and compliance teams on risk management • Prepare cyber risk reports for executive leadership • Influence stakeholders across various teams • Develop GRC policies and improve workflows Requirements: • 10+ years in cybersecurity or IT risk management • 5 years in leadership roles regarding GRC • Experience in regulated financial services environments • Strong grasp of data governance principles • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Lead transformational change in cybersecurity governance and compliance at Momentum Financial Services Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
