About the Role

The Director, Product Education & Learning Programs is responsible for the strategy, creation, delivery and continuous improvement of customer‑ and partner‑facing learning programs that enable successful product adoption, implementation and value realization.

The incumbent will lead the teams responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of learning programs—including curriculum development, training delivery, program operations and partner learning programs—ensuring offerings are scalable, consistent and tightly aligned to product release cycles and lifecycle milestones.

The Director works closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Partner organizations to ensure learning programs directly support customer adoption, implementation success and long‑term product value.

Vacancy Status

This is an existing job vacancy.

What you will do

  • Define and lead the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, go‑to‑market priorities and customer success objectives.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of customer‑ and partner‑facing learning programs, including curriculum design and development, certification pathways and ongoing updates.
  • Ensure training programs are embedded into product release cycles, enabling timely and effective customer and partner readiness for new and enhanced capabilities.
  • Lead the design and execution of scalable training delivery models, including instructor‑led, virtual and self‑paced learning experiences and bootcamps.
  • Own partner learning programs, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement, support and extend product value.
  • Establish and manage program operations, including planning, scheduling, governance and delivery coordination across global audiences.
  • Work with finance to manage the commercial model associated with our customer and partner related training offerings.
  • Work directly with Product teams to translate product functionality and roadmap changes into effective learning content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Customer Success and Support teams and Partner teams to ensure learning programs support adoption, implementation success and customer outcomes.
  • Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, completion and effectiveness; use insights to continuously improve programs.
  • Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership, including performance, impact, risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee the management of external vendors, contractors and platform partners as needed to support scalable program delivery.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or a related field; or related relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading customer‑ and partner‑facing learning programs, training functions or similar roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, with a track record of delivering scalable programs and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale learning programs that drive product adoption and implementation success.
  • An SME who understands how to create and deliver best‑in‑class content while managing the business financials to support it.
  • An exceptional collaborator – experience working as part of a Product organization to seamlessly deliver as part of the Product Factory.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and experience aligning learning programs to product releases and roadmap evolution.
  • Experience building and managing partner learning including certification programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Partner organizations.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, with experience managing complex program delivery, scheduling and global execution.
  • Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams across content, delivery and program operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and translate insights into improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
  • Experience with learning platforms, content management systems and scalable delivery technologies.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while balancing strategic priorities and operational execution.
