Job description
Step into a pivotal role as the Leasing Director overseeing Ontario’s portfolio. Shape leasing outcomes, boost revenue, and develop high-performing teams to excel. In this strategic position, you will optimize leasing performance through your expertise in market analysis, customer relations, and sales leadership. With a rich background of over seven years in residential leasing or property management, you will be instrumental in crafting effective strategies and coaching your team for success. Key Responsibilities: • Drive leasing success by minimizing vacancies • Collaborate with multiple departments for strategy alignment • Analyze market trends and implement findings • Provide guidance through on-site property evaluations • Strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships Requirements: • 7 years of experience in residential leasing or related fields • College/University degree or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP/Yardi is a plus • Proven record of exceeding sales and leasing targets • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Make a significant impact on leasing performance while developing your career in a supportive, high-performing environment in Ontario. #J-18808-Ljbffr
