Job description
Lead the Transaction Advisory team as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Baker Tilly. Innovate client relations and strategy in the corporate finance landscape. In this Senior Director / Managing Partner role, you will oversee M&A services and contribute to Baker Tilly’s growth vision. Your expertise will enhance client engagement while you spearhead initiatives that promote strategic market development. Work closely with senior leadership to achieve targeted business development goals. Key Responsibilities: • Identify merger and acquisition opportunities fitting Baker Tilly's vision • Conduct project management for engagements and client initiatives • Facilitate long-term strategic planning in M&A • Develop marketing processes aligned with organizational goals • Promote Baker Tilly's brand in the broader business community Requirements: • 5+ years in corporate finance with demonstrated success • Relevant finance or accounting qualification needed • Strong communication and project leadership skills • Proven ability to initiate and lead projects • Knowledge of financial compliance and valuation practices Shape the future of M&A transactions at Baker Tilly with your leadership and strategic insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
