We are hiring a Processing Lead for our Cash Services division in Mississauga, Ontario.

Your mission at GardaWorld :

As a Processing Lead, you will be providing operational support to ensure that deadlines are met and that our customers receive the best possible service.

We are looking for a problem solver with outstanding organisational skills.

What you will be doing :

• Providing training and supporting the cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation
• Coordinating the cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Making daily reports to customers
• Maintaining accurate records in accordance with the standard operating procedures
• Monitoring product quality and following established procedures
• Maintaining inventory control of all production supplies / equipment used in cash processing
• Troubleshooting and resolving processing problems
• Recommending processing systems modifications to enhance safety, quality, machine efficiency and productivity
• Other connected tasks

What we are looking for

• Experience and / or knowledge of the cash services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions quickly
• Facility to organize and prioritize work activities
• Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
• Strong critical thinking and active listening
• Available for days, evenings and overnight shifts
• Ability to work in a noisy environment with a great deal of physical movement required
