As a Business Systems Analyst - Integration, you will be part of the Technology Solutions Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Integration Location: Hybrid (with 2 days on-site per week in Toronto, ON) What's the Job? Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications in alignment with organizational standards and frameworks. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to translate high-level solutions into detailed requirements for development teams. Build consensus among teams to resolve conflicts and ensure clear documentation of API specifications, user journeys, and error-handling scenarios. Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation, including request/response payloads, endpoints, and methods. Support testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results, and participate in quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria. What's Needed? Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Data Integration, Data Mapping, and Data Analysis. Proven expertise in analyzing data quality issues, root cause investigation, and implementing solutions. Experience working within Agile methodologies and familiarity with Credit Banking or Business Banking applications is an asset. Advanced knowledge of system analysis processes, enterprise technology delivery practices, and standards. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, web services, and API documentation tools such as Swagger/Postman. What's in it for me?
