Job description
Shape the future of community living as Welltower's Vice President of Development and Construction. Oversee large projects, drive efficiency, and ensure quality in wellness housing. In the role of Vice President of Construction and Development, you will lead strategic initiatives for Welltower’s ground-up projects. This executive position entails managing all facets of construction to optimize processes and maintain high standards in wellness housing developments. You will establish key relationships with various stakeholders to align project goals with corporate growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Provide visionary leadership and establish clear goals for construction teams • Direct project execution and manage budgets effectively • Implement processes for improved project timelines and quality control • Collaborate with executive teams and external partners for streamlined operations • Enforce construction quality assurance and compliance protocols Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field • Over 15 years of construction management experience • History of leading projects with substantial budget responsibility • Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes • Strong mentoring skills and strategic thinking Drive innovation and excellence in the construction of wellness communities with Welltower. #J-18808-Ljbffr
