Job description
Elevate XTL Group’s financial strategy as the Strategic Finance Executive in Etobicoke, Ontario. This pivotal position involves steering the financial planning and administration to ensure scalable growth and operational success. As Vice President of Finance and Administration, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the President, leading the execution of financial strategies and managing key administrative functions. Applicants should have at least 10 years of substantial finance experience, ideally within fast-growing organizations, combined with a solid grasp of financial and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the President on financial strategy development • Oversee compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards • Manage annual audits and relationships with external stakeholders • Identify financial risks and implement effective controls • Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • CPA or equivalent accounting designation is essential • 10+ years of finance leadership experience • Strong mastery of financial reporting and compliance • Shared services oversight experience preferred Grow with XTL Group by utilizing your finance leadership and strategic capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
