Job description
Become a Legal Counsel in Litigation and Enforcement at FSRA, where you will ensure compliance in the financial services sector. Use your legal skills to handle complex litigation processes effectively. You will be accountable for providing legal advice and taking charge of litigation matters crucial to FSRA’s operations. This position requires collaboration with various teams for enforcement strategies and involves participation in significant legal investigations. You will also draft essential legal documents and advocate in tribunal settings. Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal direction on enforcement matters • Handle all litigation phases from initiation to resolution • Engage in thorough legal research and analysis • Produce high-quality legal documents and presentations • Collaborate with regulatory teams on investigations Requirements: • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school • 4-7 years of relevant litigation experience • Background in regulatory law preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs Utilize your legal expertise to bolster FSRA's mission in financial regulation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
