Assignment Overview

The Senior PeopleSoft Developer will be part of an Agile self-directed multidisciplinary team consisting of managers solution designers software developers and business-focused IT professionals. The resource will provide advanced technical expertise in the design development implementation testing enhancement and maintenance of enterprise digital solutions within Oracle PeopleSoft environments.

The successful candidate will support large-scale ERP initiatives develop innovative business solutions create data visualization and reporting capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile development teams to deliver enterprise-level PeopleSoft solutions.
  
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and system enhancements.
  
• Design develop test implement and maintain complex PeopleSoft applications and integrations.
  
• Develop interactive dashboards reports and data visualizations that enable users to independently access and analyze business information.
  
• Support business process automation initiatives within Oracle PeopleSoft HCM environments.
  
• Develop and maintain custom PeopleSoft components interfaces workflows reports and batch processes.
  
• Configure and support PeopleSoft security workflow and application functionality.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders system analysts architects and testing teams throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Perform troubleshooting performance tuning defect resolution and production support activities.
  
• Participate in code reviews technical design sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
  
• Research and apply emerging technologies tools and best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level PeopleSoft professional with strong technical development expertise deep HCM functional knowledge and hands-on experience supporting enterprise PeopleSoft environments. The individual should be capable of independently delivering complex enhancements integrations reporting solutions and system support while collaborating effectively within Agile project teams.
