As a Director Engagement & Communications of Infrastructure & Modernizations(I&M)Operations Support Services(OSS)team reporting to the Senior Director OSSyoulljoin a team of professionals dedicated to turning business strategy into action through clear and purposeful this roleyoulllead a team thatfocuson various communications and engagement initiatives that educate and inform the broad and diverse I&M team in addition to our partnersin the CAOacrossCIBC.

Youand your team will work closely withI&Msmost senior leadership teamleadingthe development and execution ofallengagement andcommunicationsinitiatives includingSVP/EVPlevel town halls and leader sessionsvideosand otherstrategic asksas needed toeffectively tell the story of our business to ourleaders teams and partners. This role is an excellent opportunity toshowcaseyour creativityandwork with leaders of all levelsacross I&M andwith SBU and Functional Group partners.

Who You Are
