What you need to know about this position:
This role will be remote and based in either the Vancouver Calgary or Saskatchewan areas.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Relationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clear and confident communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy (forecasting ROI analysis RGM) and ability to analyze data (scan shipment syndicated (i.e. Nielsen).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales supply chain marketing finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI Tableau Excel Salesforce TPM) and ability to translate data into compelling stories.
- Strategic Account Management: Proven success in managing national accounts developing and executing annual business plans.
- Agility / Problem solving: navigating head winds with the customer and working in collaboration to achieve common goals.
Education / Certifications:
o Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field (MBA a plus) .
Job specific requirements:
o 4-6 years of progressive CPG experience (strongly preferred).

Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $102600 to $128250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 14% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
