Job description
Lead AI initiatives at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as the Director, AI Centre of Enablement. Drive enterprise adoption and maximize strategic value from AI innovations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the AI enablement capability, ensuring successful AI strategy execution and stakeholder engagement. You’ll develop, measure, and implement practical AI solutions, partnering with various departments to prioritize high-impact use cases. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous learning and enhance organizational agility around AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Advise on AI opportunities and enablement strategies • Create and monitor AI adoption metrics and success factors • Lead cross-functional change management initiatives • Build and sustain strategic relationships with stakeholders • Oversee AI enablement budget and resources Requirements: • 12+ years in tech-driven environments • 5+ years leading AI initiatives • Excellent skills in building trust with executives • Strong understanding of AI technologies and tools • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Shape the future of AI at OTPP and unlock game-changing opportunities for the enterprise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
