Job description
Join Salt as a Creative Director in a hybrid setup, leading creative innovation that merges culture, sport, and music. Shape impactful campaigns that engage audiences. As the Creative Director, you'll be at the forefront of creative ideation and execution for one of our tier-one clients. We need a leader with 10-13 years of experience to cultivate groundbreaking ideas that resonate across multiple channels. You will guide your team to harness creativity and strategic insight, ensuring that every project meets high standards. Key Responsibilities: • Ideate and develop innovative concepts that align with strategies • Oversee campaign deliverables across various platforms • Mentor and guide creative team members for skill development • Present creative concepts effectively to clients • Collaborate to connect insights with actionable strategies Requirements: • 10-13 years of relevant creative experience • Ability to drive multi-channel campaigns • Strong storytelling and design direction skills • Experience building trust with clients and stakeholders • Expertise in budgeting and resource management Lead the charge in creating memorable brand connections at Salt, where thoughtful creativity thrives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
