Job description
Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board seeks a Managing Director to spearhead private equity investments in financial services. Leverage your vast experience to lead and innovate in a rewarding role. In this pivotal position, you'll manage all aspects of investment deals, guiding a dedicated team and spearheading initiatives within sectors like Lending and Asset Management. Your role will demand a strategic mindset as you navigate sponsor transactions and foster collaborations with various internal and external partners. Champion a culture of excellence while ensuring successful investment outcomes, all within a diverse and inclusive firm culture. Key Responsibilities: • Guide all phases of investment transactions • Lead the financial services investment team • Develop proprietary deal flow strategies • Set strategic coverage and sector priorities • Maintain high-performance standards and accountability Requirements: • 15+ years in private equity leadership • Proven financial services investment experience • Active board leadership experience preferred • Strong track record in negotiations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Become a key leader at Ontario Teachers' and drive impactful financial services investments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
