Job description
Become a Senior Line Review Consultant and enhance the quality of Deal Letters. This role emphasizes mentorship and collaboration across various retail operations. Reporting to the Line Review Operations Manager, you will lead quality assurance and the entire Deal Letter process in this role. With 3-5 years of retail or merchandising experience, you will support your team as a subject matter expert, facilitating discussions and overcoming challenges. Your advanced skills in Excel, VBA, and Python are essential for improving processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Deal Letter design, creation, and quality assurance processes • Act as a mentor for the Line Review Consultant team • Resolve issues by leading complex deal discussions • Conduct pre-launch kickoffs to confirm assortment details • Build strategic partnerships across various departments Requirements: • Degree in business, retail management, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in retail or merchandising roles • Proficient knowledge of supply chains and operational processes • Strong Excel and VBA or Python competencies • Highly detail-oriented with adept multitasking skills Drive quality and efficiency in Deal Letter production while mentoring your team for success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
