Job description
Join Moderna to guide strategic HEOR initiatives for vaccine products in Canada. Focus on evidence generation and partnerships to enhance reimbursement and market access access. In the Associate Director, HEOR position, you will lead the execution of comprehensive HEOR strategies and oversee the generation of crucial evidence for Moderna's vaccines. Working closely with various internal teams, your expertise will ensure that HEOR efforts align with stakeholder needs and business objectives, enhancing the value proposition of Moderna's products in the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage local HEOR strategy execution • Lead evidence communications for vaccine recommendations • Engage in economic modeling and benefit assessments • Drive collaborations with external research partners • Create and distribute HEOR-related publication content Requirements: • Advanced degree in life sciences or clinical field • Minimum 5 years of HEOR experience • Familiarity with NITAG/HTA processes in Canada • Proven skills in communication and data presentation • Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments Lead HEOR strategy efforts and make a meaningful impact on vaccine accessibility at Moderna. #J-18808-Ljbffr
