What youll be doing
Youll join our Governance Risk Controls team reporting into the Sr Consultant Risk Governance and Controls. As a Consultant Governance Risk & Controls youll work in growing area of the bank that manages operational risk regulatory supervision standardized testing loss management Global Technology Data and AI. As part of the Governance & Controls team youll consult on material systemic and emerging risks and support the implementation of integrated control improvement solutions across technology and distribution addition you will be accountable for providing consultation on the development analysis and implementation of process changes or other activities which support our partners achieve their strategic objectives while achieving compliance with the data management policies and standards. Youll provide support of CIBCs Control Framework to ensure compliance to regulatory legislative and operational requirements including the efficient and effective management of deficiency remediation. Youll act as the key relationship manager for the business and provide risk consultation and advise on governance initiatives for Global Technology Data & AI (GTDAI).
