Job description
Join Celestica as the Director of Tax Compliance and Transfer Pricing, where you'll lead international tax strategies and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role is essential for driving effective tax execution aligned with business goals. As a pivotal member of the Global Tax organization, you will oversee tax operations, compliance, and authority examinations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Your leadership will inspire a high-performing team responsible for managing complex international tax and transfer pricing issues. Bringing your extensive experience, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, guiding them through strategic tax matters and optimizing compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop transfer pricing strategies and policies • Direct the global tax compliance process • Manage risks associated with international tax • Provide advice for significant business initiatives • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting Requirements: • 12+ years of tax experience • At least 4-6 years in senior management • CPA or equivalent accounting designation • Strong understanding of global tax laws • Excellent leadership and communication skills Leverage your expertise to fortify Celestica’s international tax framework and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
