Our model combines durable packaging, digital tools that support engagement and environmental impact tracking, and reliable collection and sanitization services to keep containers in active circulation while reducing operational burden. Founded in Canada, Friendlier has grown from a local solution to a national presence across the country and recently into the United States, continuing to support organizations seeking practical, scalable ways to reduce single-use waste through systems that integrate seamlessly into everyday operations.

  • Support experiments related to signage, return bin placement, awareness tactics, and other engagement strategies

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create regular social media content featuring Friendlier products and reuse habits in daily campus life

  • Help amplify sustainability messaging through student-focused channels

Events & Community Building

  • Host or support one campus event per semester related to sustainability, reuse, or student engagement

  • Collaborate with student groups and campus organizations where applicable

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in regular check-in calls with the Friendlier team and other campus leaders

  • Share feedback, student insights, and campus trends

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased student awareness and participation in the Friendlier program

  • Improvement in number of returned Friendlier products by 5-10% year-over-year

  • Strong visibility and engagement through campus activations and social content
