Our platform helps dental professionals optimize their operations and enhance patient care throughout the province. As a growing company, we combine dental expertise, software innovation, and a strong service mindset. Our culture is collaborative, young, and solution-oriented. Join a team where we innovate, share, and value every idea!

Your mission

As a Dental Software Training & Implementation Specialist, you will be the ambassador of a tool essential to the daily operations of dental practices. Your role: support, train, and inspire clinical and administrative teams so they can get the most out of our solution.
You will be involved both in initial training and in ongoing user support. This position places pedagogy, technology, and human interaction at the heart of every day.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person and remote training sessions (one-on-one, small groups, webinars).
  • Travel across the province to support dental clinics.
  • Assess users’ skill levels and adapt the training pace and methods accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions.
  • Help create training materials (guides, videos, interactive tutorials).

  • Work with the product team to share field insights and user.
  • Provide personalized follow-up after training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning pathways.
  • Represent the brand at professional events (trade shows, conferences, demos).

If you have:

  • Experience in training, user support, or software support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solid sense of pedagogy.
  • A good understanding of how a dental practice operates (schedule management, billing, patient files, imaging, etc.).
  • The ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and a taste for fieldwork.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Flexibility to travel to different clinics for trainings, as required.

What would be a plus

  • Direct experience in a dental clinic or in the medical/paramedical field.
  • Knowledge of one or more dental software systems (practice management, imaging, radiology, etc.), ideally with Dentitek.
  • Skills in creating educational content (video, e-learning, microlearning).
  • Ease with public speaking or leading workshops.

  • Work with a purpose —supporting dental professionals across the province.
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative in your role.
  • Strong team culture and growth opportunities.
  • Competitive compensation with reimbursed travel expenses.
  • Full benefits starting on your first day.
