Ta mission

En tant que Spécialiste en Formation et Implantation de logiciel dentaire, tu seras l’ambassadeur·rice d’un outil indispensable au fonctionnement quotidien des cabinets dentaires. Ton rôle : accompagner, former et inspirer les équipes cliniques et administratives pour qu’elles tirent le meilleur de notre solution.
Tu interviens aussi bien lors de formations initiales que dans l’accompagnement continu des utilisateurs. Un poste où pédagogie, technologie et contact humain sont au cœur de chaque journée.

Ton quotidien

  • Animer des formations présentielles et à distance (one-to-one, petits groupes, webinaires).
  • Se déplacer dans la province pour accompagner les cliniques.
  • Diagnostiquer le niveau des utilisateurs et adapter le rythme et la pédagogie.
  • Résoudre des problèmes et proposer des solutions en temps réel
  • Participer à la création de supports de formation (guides, vidéos, tutoriels interactifs).
  • Collaborer avec le service support pour résoudre une situation complexe.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe produit pour remonter les besoins terrain.
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé post-formation.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des parcours d’apprentissage.
  • Représenter la marque lors d’événements professionnels (salons, congrès, démonstrations).

Ton profil

Tu demeures à Québec ou à Montréal ? Tu possèdes une expérience confirmée dans le domaine dentaire ou dans la formation aux outils numériques et tu aimes transmettre tes connaissances ? Tu es autonome, patient(e) et orienté(e) service ? The Sky is the limit! Si tu as :

  • Expérience en formation, accompagnement utilisateur ou support logiciel.
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens poussé de la pédagogie.
  • Bonne compréhension du fonctionnement d’un cabinet dentaire (agenda, facturation, dossiers patients, imagerie, etc.).
  • Capacité à vulgariser des notions techniques.
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques et des environnements logiciels.
  • Organisation, autonomie, rigueur et goût du travail sur le terrain.
  • Parfaite expression orale et écrite en français et en anglais.

Ce qui serait un atout

  • Expérience directe dans un cabinet dentaire, une clinique ou dans le secteur médical/paramédical.
  • Connaissance d’un ou plusieurs logiciels dentaires (gestion de cabinet, imagerie, radiologie, etc.), idéalement avec le logiciel Dentitek.
  • Compétences en création de contenus pédagogiques (vidéo, e-learning, microlearning).
  • Aisance en prise de parole publique ou animation d’ateliers.

Your mission

As a Dental Software Training & Implementation Specialist, you will be the ambassador of a tool essential to the daily operations of dental practices. Your role: support, train, and inspire clinical and administrative teams so they can get the most out of our solution.
You will be involved both in initial training and in ongoing user support. This position places pedagogy, technology, and human interaction at the heart of every day.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person and remote training sessions (one-on-one, small groups, webinars).
  • Travel across the province to support dental clinics.
  • Assess users’ skill levels and adapt the training pace and methods accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions.
  • Help create training materials (guides, videos, interactive tutorials).
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex situations.
  • Work with the product team to share field insights and user.
  • Provide personalized follow-up after training.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning pathways.
  • Represent the brand at professional events (trade shows, conferences, demos).

You live in Quebec City or Montreal? You have proven experience in the dental field or in training users on digital tools—and enjoy sharing your knowledge? You are autonomous, patient, and service-oriented? The sky is the limit!

If you have:

  • Experience in training, user support, or software support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solid sense of pedagogy.
  • A good understanding of how a dental practice operates (schedule management, billing, patient files, imaging, etc.).
  • The ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and a taste for fieldwork.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Flexibility to travel to different clinics for trainings, as required.

What would be a plus

  • Direct experience in a dental clinic or in the medical/paramedical field.
  • Knowledge of one or more dental software systems (practice management, imaging, radiology, etc.), ideally with Dentitek.
  • Skills in creating educational content (video, e-learning, microlearning).
  • Ease with public speaking or leading workshops.
