Job description
Become an Investment Director at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in Toronto, leading the charge in equity investments focused on infrastructure across Latin America. This role emphasizes strategic oversight and portfolio management. You will be pivotal in managing and developing infrastructure assets in Latin America, leveraging your investment banking background. Responsibilities include executing investments, conducting due diligence, and supervising junior members of the team. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and enhance portfolio companies’ value • Evaluate and pursue selective investment opportunities • Lead equity investment execution with oversight • Identify business risks and develop mitigation plans • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff Requirements: • 10+ years in equity investing or relevant banking experience • 5+ years of experience covering Latin American markets • In-country experience in Brazil, Chile, or Mexico preferred • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Bilingual in English; knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is a plus Apply your proven investment leadership skills to drive infrastructure initiatives with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
