Business Overview
The Institutional Content Marketing Manager will play an essential role in contributing to the planning, development, execution and maintenance of content supporting Fidelity’s institutional marketing strategy. They will create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the institutional segment and assists with the distribution of marketing content across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, increase engagement and promote awareness of Fidelity’s institutional brand, products and services.
What You Will Do
- Lead integrated marketing campaignsHelp lead execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and formats to promote Fidelity’s institutional products, services, and value-add contentSource and create compelling content, including thought leadership, with a focus on promoting our investment capabilities
- Develop purposeful, data-driven content based on market trends, research, and analysis to engage institutional audiences In collaboration with the Institutional digital marketing team, regularly review analytics to share insights, trends and recommendations with respect to content marketingSeeks feedback from cross functional stakeholders and internal partners while also demonstrating strong business judgement when assessing and implementing feedback.
- Client presentation brandingWork closely with the Institutional product team to ensure all prospect and client presentations are consistent in message, design and Fidelity Institutional Canada branding.Work with the design, translation, and compliance teams to provide presentation decks on-time, and on-brand for prospect meetings.
- Social media supportSupport Fidelity’s Institutional social channels to execute campaignsGrow Fidelity Institutional’ s social media presence to generate new leadsManage the social media content calendar to ensure the right message is going out to our audience at the right timesWork with design, translation and compliance for on-brand and compliant posts
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications function required
- Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization preferred
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English/History, or a related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
The Expertise You Bring
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, with a good understanding of the Canadian Institutional Market required
- Experience creating tailored and engaging content in a variety of formats and styles required
- Expertise in PowerPoint design and layout required
- An exceptional communicator who can leverage data to identify themes
- Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment with minimal supervision and edits required to meet compliance requirements.

For this role, your total rewards include:
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $94,000 to $105,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
- RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
