Were looking for aWarehouse Associate (Trade Shows & Events)to join our Global Operations team in Oakville this role youll be hands-on in our warehouse ensuring client and rental assets are organized well-maintained and ready to ship. From pulling materials for hybrid booths to operating forklifts and staging assets youll play a vital part in helping us deliver excellence for our clients.

What Youll Do

• Support all aspects of warehouse operationsincluding RIs AV express orders logistics receiving offloading and staging
• Operate forklifts daily to pull and organize client assets.
• Maintain client and rental assets in ready-to-ship condition and complete RIs for all assets.
• Read CAD drawings to determine required materials for each job.
• Recognize and pull all components needed for hybrid booths.
• Perform regular inventory checks using Impact XMs inventory management system
• Contribute regularly to the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Monitor assets reporting damages or refurbishment needs to supervisors.
• Restock and organize assets in designated areas keeping the warehouse in tour-ready condition.
• Work independently while following production schedules set by the Operations Coordinator.

What Were Looking For

• Associates degree technical training or equivalent experience (6 months1 year in a related role).
• Comfortable operating forklifts and working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow detailed pull lists.
• Organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skillsable to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
