Located in the high‑traffic Dufferin Street auto‑corridor, we are a unique joint venture between Downtown Automotive Group (DAG) and Rafih Automotive Group. For a Finance Manager, this is the ultimate playground: you get the agility of a specialized pre‑owned hub combined with the massive lending power and diverse inventory of two of Ontario’s largest dealer groups.
In the used car market, the deal is won or lost in the business office. We need a "solutions‑oriented" Finance Manager who can navigate a wide credit spectrum—from prime to sub‑prime—and ensure every guest leaves with a protection plan that makes sense for their life. You aren’t just processing paperwork; you are a consultant, a negotiator, and a key driver of the dealership’s profitability.
$85,000 – $135,000+ per year (Performance‑based).
