As a Programmatic Coordinator you will have the opportunity to learn how to set up campaigns manage and deliver to client KPIs and learn the ins and outs of programmatic platforms such as DV360 Amazon Teads The Trade Desk & more.
Your day-to-day would include campaign set ups pacing/performance checks weekly reporting building strategic plans and day-to-day campaign optimizations. You will be working closely with multiple stakeholders in supporting their day-to-day tasks across both Programmatic & Planning. You will also be working with external stakeholders including our valued media partners on campaign related tasks.A successful candidate would demonstrate problem solving skills attention to detail time management and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms.
Perform QAs on campaign set-up pre-launch.
Support programmatic team on daily tasks and projects including weekly reporting & billing.
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners including planners and media partners.
Complete regular campaign optimizations & pacing checks on programmatic campaigns including updating pacing/performance tracker.
Prepares final reports that provides insight into campaign performance using data to tell a compelling story.

Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Ability to organize and strong attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Word.

The salary range for this position is$40k-$47k. Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience knowledge and skills.A range of medical dental RRSPpaid time off and/or other benefitsalso are available to all permanentemployees.
