Job description
Join the forefront of Private Equity as Vice President, managing fund administration services. Leverage your expertise in financial statements and client deliverables in this engaging role. As Vice President, you will oversee client deliverables for Private Equity funds. This includes everything from maintaining meticulous books to coordinating with internal audit teams. Your broad understanding of fund structures and governance will allow you to enhance operational efficiencies and adherence to prescribed policies. Key Responsibilities: • Manage client expectations and deliverable timelines • Champion operational efficiency and risk mitigation • Work closely with compliance and audit teams • Lead client-related projects and internal initiatives • Mentor team members on critical topics Requirements: • CA, CPA, or similar accounting qualification • Minimum 8 years of related experience • Familiarity with US GAAP for Investment Funds • Strong attention to detail and leadership skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Utilize your financial acumen to ensure the success of fund administration services in this pivotal leadership role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
