The scope of the eForms MVP consists in creating a digital forms publication pipeline and establish a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and is integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e. EHR).

Responsibilities:

• Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
  
• Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements.
  
• Plan and execute requirement analysis gathering and documentation.
  
• Prepares and advises on business analysis policies processes best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the project.

• Finish the eForms provincial roll-out: we will migrate 16 MTO forms to the Agency eForms platform and make the solution available to province via the major EMR vendors.
  
• Engage in eForms Phase 3: adopt additional forms and integrate with the Agency HALO framework.
  
• Support dynamic form behaviour pre-population of patient and provider data and structured data capture that aligns with provincial and national interoperability standards.
  
• Complete the SADIE EMR Integration.
