Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a W&T Analyst (Canada)locatedin Markham Ontario Canada

The W&T Analyst (Canada) supports the Deliverpillar of the Supply Chain organization by providing analytical operational and coordination support across warehousing and transportation activities. This role helps ensure product is delivered accurately on time and in compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The analyst partners closely withlogistics customer service and planning teams toidentifyissues improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives that enable reliable service to customers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Supportdaytodaywarehouse and transportation (W&T)operations including order fulfillment shipping and distribution activities.

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics (e.g. service levels delivery performance inventory movements) toidentifytrends and improvement opportunities.

• Assistwith coordination betweenthirdpartylogisticsproviders carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery or service issues.

• Prepare routine reports and dashboards to support supply chaindecisionmakingand performance reviews.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processesidentifyinggaps and contributing to corrective actions.

• Ensure activitiescomply withcompany policies quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Participate incrossfunctionalprojects related tologisticsoptimization cost control and service enhancement.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferably in Supply Chain Logistics Business Engineering ora relatedfield.

• Advanced degree or professional coursework in supply chain or operations is preferred.
  

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience consistent with an entry to developinganalystlevelrole.

• Foundational knowledge of supplychainlogistics or distribution processes.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and standard business systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
  

Preferred:

• Experience supporting warehouse transportation or distribution operations.

• Familiarity with ERP WMS or TMS systems.

• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar).

• Experience working withthirdpartylogisticsproviders.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams.
  

Other:

• Language: English; Frenchproficiencyis an asset for Canada.

• Travel: Limited primarily domestic (up to 10%).

• Certifications: Supply chain orlogisticscertifications (e.g. APICS/ASCM) are preferred but not.
